Meet Charles Byrne, the Director of Charles Byrne Engineering Ltd. As a qualified chartered engineer with Engineers Ireland, I serve on the IS 465 (Concrete Blocks and Mica) engineers panel. Since 2020, I have dedicated my expertise to assisting homeowners affected by defective concrete blocks. In 2023, I was honoured to be part of the panel that presented crucial findings during the European Parliament Fact-Finding Visit to Ireland, showcasing our commitment to addressing these pressing issues.
